Dr. Li Chen has been awarded prestigious Fellowship for Experienced Researchers by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation’s selection committee. With the support of this fellowship, she will conduct collaborative research with Prof. Jens Brockmeyer in the Department of Food Chemistry, University of Stuttgart, Germany. The subject of the project is “Reducing the allergenicity of β-lactoglobulin by non-covalent conjugation with plant phenolics”.
Dr. Li Chen has been an assistant professor at the Department of Biotechnology and Nutrigenomics of IGAB PAS and realizes research within PASIFIC programme (the PASIFICPostdoctoral Fellowship Programme, HORIZON 2020 research and innovation MSCA COFUND) under the supervision of Professor Emilia Bagnicka, PhD, DSc.
