On August 27th, Dr. Aleksandra Fałat, Counselor of the Agriculture and Rural Development Department at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Poland to the EU, met with scientific staff from the Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IGAB PAS) in Jastrzębiec. The attendees included: Prof. dr hab. Agnieszka Wierzbicka, Corresponding Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Director of IGAB PAS, dr hab. Joanna Marchewka, Prof. dr. hab. Krzysztof Niemczuk, and dr Grzegorz Pogorzelski.
The main topic of the meeting was the exchange of information, particularly regarding the implementation of the Digi4Live project and its primary goal: To increase the capacity of livestock sector actors across Europe to benefit from data-generating and digital technologies.
