Polish-Dutch scientific cooperation supported by the Dutch Embassy in Warsaw

The Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology PAS has run for many years scientific cooperation with Wageningen University and Research – world-class leading scientific institution in the area of natural and agricultural sciences.

This cooperation was formalized in September 2015 when an Expression of Interest concerning the cooperation in the field of animal sciences has been signed at the Dutch Embassy in Poland between Polish and Dutch institutions, involving:

on the Dutch side
- Animal Sciences Group of Wageningen University and Research,

and on the Polish side:
- Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences,
- Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the Poznań University of Life Sciences,
- National Veterinary Research Institute in Puławy.
