Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences

The Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IGAB PAS) has adopted the Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for period 2022-2025.

28th of December 2021 Professor Agnieszka Wierzbicka, Director of the Institute has established Coordination Team of the Gender Equality Plan for IGAB PAS (Order nr 23, 2021). On 24th of June 2022 Professor Agnieszka Wierzbicka, PhD, DSc, has signed the Order No. 15/2022 on the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Genetics and Animal Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The main goal of GEP is to make IGAB PAS a place that is safe for everyone, with respect for equality and diversity, free from discrimination, and ensuring the free development of a scientific career for everyone.
